An exciting opportunity for a Workforce Manager to manage scheduling, real-time queue management, and reporting in Sitel’s Auckland contact centre is now available.

This role reports to the Director, Workforce Optimisation for Sitel, New Zealand. Responsibilities will include planning for staff hiring, staff scheduling and daily optimisation, proactive real-time service management, and historical reporting for management information.  You will need to have at least 2 years experience in a WFM role during your career, historical reporting and analytical skills.  You will be a contact centre professional, valued team player, and have developed a good understanding of one of the main WFM software applications from regular use in a contact centre environment.

Having worked as part of a busy contact centre team, you should be respected by your colleagues, and be good at developing working relationships with others internally within your organisation.
