Currency and Pricing
All Great Outcomes Ltd, trading as ‘Great Outcomes’, prices are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$). All prices exclude New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST). Please note that the services will not be delivered until your address has been verified as that belonging to the credit card holder. This is an international fraud prevention measure.
Payment transactions
For any payment transactions through this website, the New Zealand registered business name of “Great Outcomes Ltd” will appear on the cardholder statements. “Great Outcomes Ltd” will clearly display all prices, unless the stock is unavailable. All transactions will be billed in a Bank approved foreign currency.
How do I cancel or amend my order?
If for any reason you need to cancel or change your order, please do not call us but instead email us as soon as possible (see Contact Us page). Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way to you as quickly as possible, so the sooner we hear from you, the better!
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Where the buyer is acquiring the product for the purpose of business then the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply. In the event the buyer is acquiring the product or service for purposes other than that of a business, then these conditions of sale shall be interpreted subject to the purchaser’s rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, to the intent that no provisions shall in any way limit the buyer’s rights under the Act.
Errors or Omissions
Great Outcomes Ltd is entitled at any time to correct all errors and in any advertising, quotation, pricing, invoice or acknowledgement. Whilst our best efforts are made to keep our published events and pricing accurate we cannot be responsible for any errors.
Returns and Refunds
We want all Great Outcomes customers to be happy with their online purchase. When required, please ask Great Outcomes for expert advice before you make a purchase. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, Great Outcomes is not required by the law to offer a refund if the Buyer decided they do not want the service anymore after the purchase. The Act only applies when the goods do not meet one of the consumer guarantees.
A refund may be looked at individually by Great Outcomes to decide whether to accept it or not. Please contact us via our website Contact Us page.
Great Outcomes Liability and Maintenance Guarantee
The buyer shall ensure that the services ordered are fit and suitable for the purpose for which they are required before purchasing and Great Outcomes is under no liability if they are not. The buyer is entitled to only such benefits as Great Outcomes may receive under any guarantee given to Great Outcomes.
Great Outcomes liability under this contract and the warranty in this clause is confined to the buyer named in this contract, it being agreed that Great Outcomes has no liability to any purchaser of the goods from the buyer in that the buyer’s rights under the contract are not assignable without the prior written consent of Great Outcomes.
Credit Account Terms.
Upon application Great Outcomes may offer credit terms to clients who make multiple purchases per month. These might be 7 days or they may be in certain instances 20th of the following month of purchase.
Payment is strictly on or before the agreed date. If this is not honoured by payment on time then Great Outcomes Ltd may need to include finance costs for financing your purchases and responsibilities. Great Outcomes Ltd needs to cover the cost of financing your debt and the disappointing part of administering and calculating the penalty that will apply. Should payment be received after the agreed date then the penalty shall be 1.5 times Great Outcomes Ltd overdraft interest rate at that time. The penalty will apply to each sale individually from the time of invoicing to the time of a payment receipt. Any payments received will be credited against the oldest outstanding purchase. The interest proportion of your account will be paid last. This penalty interest will be added to your account each and every month an outstanding amount is unpaid, compounding. Should payment not be received fully for two consecutive periods the privilege of credit purchases will be suspended or cancelled.
These compounding penalties are 100% percent avoidable, just pay before or on time please. That way we will all be happy and Great Outcomes will be able to help you with your requirements next time.
You agree that all products remain the property of Great Outcomes until paid in full.
Great Outcomes Scholarships
Selection of the scholarship winners is at the judges’ discretion and the decision is final with no further correspondence entered into. Great Outcomes reserves the right not to award scholarships if there are non-suitable applicants.
