Giles Potter BCom, MBS (Hons)

Giles Potter established Great Outcomes in 2001 and has developed and led the business which started as a customer service and telecommunications consultancy. With the advent of cloud subscription services, Giles has guided the company to develop into a multi-vendor telecommunications solutions business operating across Australia and New Zealand.

Giles has won and led the partner relationships that Great Outcomes holds with a number of global communications vendors.  Cloud communications is a highly competitive market and Great Outcomes works with the leading vendors in unified communications and contact center solutions.

In 2016 Giles was integral to Great Outcomes being appointed a member of the NZ All-of-Government Consultancy Services panel in four categories: Business Change, Human Resources, Operations Management and Risk, and Policy, Research and Development.

Giles has qualifications from Auckland University (BCom) and Massey University (MBS Hons), has been a committee member for TUANZ, an advisory board member for the Contact Centre Institute of New Zealand, and is currently a member of AusContact in Australia.
